Location

Our home is situated on the new ‘Indian Creek’ development, which to
the south of Highway 192 and to the west of the Interstate Highway
4.

Within a mile of our home, at the junction with Highway 192 there
are many and varied restaurants that will satisfy the most
adventurous palate. Intermingled with these restaurants there are
shops and asupermarket. Some of which, including the pharmacy, are
open 24 hours.

Our Home
This brand new home, which was only completed in February 2001, is
situated on the prestigious Indian Creek development, close to
Splendid China which is just to the south of Marker 4 on Highway
192.

Being located only 3.5 miles from the Disney Theme Parks makes this
one of the closest villas you will find, thereby adding more value
to your vacation. Our home was built to a very high standard by the
well renowned Greater Construction Corporation who have done a
superb job in adapting the property to be suitable for guests in
wheelchairs with out losing any of the elegance of the original
design.

This 3 bedroomed house is built on one floor with two bathrooms, a
double garage and South facing sun deck with private swimming pool.
It is fully air conditioned and all main rooms are fitted with
ceiling fans to help keep you cool in the hottest of weather. There
is an optional gas fired pool heater for those guests who like their
pool water warm.

Family Room
This large, light and airy room looks out onto the sun deck and your
own private pool. A patio door gives instant access to this
recreational area. To help keep the room cool and in keeping with
local traditions the floor is covered with ceramic tiles over which
rugs are placed.

Two large sofas (one converts into a double bed) are there to sink
into after a day out and about in the theme parks, just put your
feet up and watch the large TV, take in a video or just listen to
your favourite music on the hi-fi. All this is provided as standard,
but you will have to bring your own taste in music CDs. We do
furnish a selection of movies, books and games.

Kitchen
Fully fitted out kitchen with everything you will need to conjure up
a special dinner or just provide snacks and light meals,
Fridge/Freezer, large oven, grill and hob. Microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, pots, pans and all utensils. There is ample work surface
for preparing food and a double sink and dishwasher for dealing with
the aftermath. There is a table and 4 chairs included for those
informal gatherings and times when quick snacks or breakfast is all
that is required, inluding for the younger children.

Master Bedroom
Pride of place goes to the king-size double bed, in addition you
have your own cable TV; telephone, and a ceiling fan. You even have
your own private patio door out onto the sun-deck and pool area.
Leading from this room is your own private, on-suite, master
bathroom compete with shower, bath, toilet and twin wash hand basins.

Bedrooms 2 & 3
In addition there are two other bedrooms, one with a queen sized
double bed and one with twin single beds.

Game Room

The garage has been converted into a game room with a pool table, foosball table and a dart board. 

Special Features.
Our home has been extensively modified to make it easily accessible
by wheelchair users. There are no steps or thresholds in or about
the property that are greater than 3/4inch (20mm). All doors are
wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs. Light switches and power
sockets are conveniently located at heights to be equally accessible
by both the able bodied as well as our guests in wheelchairs.

Entrance and Exits
Gentle ramps emanate from both the patio doors on to the sun deck
and pool area, they run out in a safe direction and not towards the
pool. In the front of the house there is a large covered porch
area.

Privacy
The property is not overlooked; the sun deck and pool area is fully
fenced and enclosed in a bug screen to ensure our guests privacy and
comfort. Lovely bougenvillias enhance the deck area.

This is the perfect villa for your next Florida vacation. Our
management company is the very best, is available at any time, and
you will find the villa SPOTLESS upon your arrival.
Our swimming pool is professionally serviced every week.
