Vacation Rental Description

Come stay in our beautiful winterized cottage at one of the nicest 
lakes around.  Picturesque Emma Lake is located in the middle of Late 
country which is only 20 minutes away from the Prince Albert National 
Park with its exciting townsite of Waskesiu.   

Our cottage is fully equipped.  The large beautiful windows that are 
throughout the cottage allows the natural sunlight to enter and fresh 
air if you choose as well as enjoying the sights during the day and 
the stars at nite.   

The open beam ceiling is one of the features in our cottage along 
with the oak staircase that takes you up to the masterbedroom loft 
and immediately to a lounge area that has two beautiful antique 
lounge chairs where you can relax and enjoy reading or simply enjoy 
the view from the large windows of the trees and the lake.  To the 
left of the staircase you enter the spacious masterbedroom where you 
can relax, it has a large walk-in closet, king size bed, two lounge 
chairs and spacious ensuite bathroom.  For the flooring we used a  
Italian porcelian tile throughout the loft and there are three large 
windows in the masterbedroom the entire setting of the master bedroom 
makes your surroundings very relaxing and calming. 

The main floor is open style with living room, dining room and 
kitchen all open to each other and the front of the cottage has large 
windows from the top of the ceiling all the way to the bottom.  The 
maple and oak cabinets, lighting and tile we have used throughout the 
cottage give it a rustic look and atmosphere.  We built our cottage 
and wanted to create a place to go to that was relaxing, peaceful and 
had a cottage atmosphere using a combinations of different building  
materials.  We have Porcelian tile, oak, maple and pine and fir 
throughout the cottage and are very happy with the combination.    
There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other bunk 
beds.  The main floor has a beautiful bathroom with two sinks and a 
full bath to clean up in.  We have a large mud room at the back of 
the cottage that is your entrance that has lots of space for coats, 
shoes, sandals, golf clubs etc.    

There is a large deck off the front of the cottage with a patio set 
and barbacue to enjoy the outdoors and relax.  We have a firepit in 
the back of the cottage to sit around at nite.

Golfing, swimming, hiking, bicycling, birwatching, canoeing, boating, 
cross country skiing, ice fishing, fishing, snow mobile rallies, fish 
derbies, sailing, art bazaars and horseback ridings.  Only 25 minute 
drive to the beautiful Prince Albert National Park.

These rates are for a family of 4, which consists of 2 adults and 2 
children.  If there are extra adults or children please inquire about 
rates.
