September through December 27th Buy 1 month at $2000 and the second month is half price!

January through April Only $2300 per month plus applicable taxes.

Discounts available for multiple months. Rates include utilities.
A 2 month minimum stay is required.
Please call owner for any and all rate questions.

A fully refundable security deposit of $500 is required to secure 
your reservation. There is a one time cleaning fee of $100. Weekly 
cleaning is also available.
