Vacation Rental Description

Great Vacation Rental !!  We are 3 houses from the Ocean at East  
Cliff Dr, located between Santa Cruz and Capitola. A perfect getaway  
for all. We have a large grassy yard with an elevated Deck, great  
for lounging and enjoying the Ocean View!  The backyard is ideal for  
entertaining with our BBQ area with table and chairs and nice big  
lawn, not to mention the Large Hot Tub. The house sleeps 6 people:  
Queen bed in Master Bedroom, Double Futon in 2nd Bedroom, and Twin  
Daybed with Trundle in 3rd Bedroom. We are family owned and operated  
and we are committed to making your stay an enjoyable one.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Hot Tub, Big Grassy Yard with Ocean View, Entertainment Center, Full  
Kitchen, Pets OK, Off-street parking for 2 cars.  

Activities and Attractions

Just a 5 minute drive to Capitola or 10 minutes to the Santa Cruz  
Beach Boardwalk with lots of sandy beaches on the way.  Enjoy the  
many art fairs & festivals almost every weekend.  The Beaches are  
just the Beginning as fishing, biking, kyacking, hiking, antique  
hunting, golf and just about every other sport, execept snow skiing  
is available for your enjoyment.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Season from June 1 to Sept 15th with a 4 day minimum: RATES  
Sun-Thurs: $300., Fri, Sat & Holidays: $350., Weekly: $1950.,  
Monthly: $5500. 
                                                            
RATES for THE REST OF THE YEAR have a 2-day minimum and are 10%  
less, except for the monthly rate which is $2500. 
 
We must add an additional cleaning fee of $100 for each  
stay of less than 7 nights. 
 
The County Hospitality tax of 10% and a $45 Security Wavier will be  
added to the rental for each stay.
