Vacation Rental Description

Villamagic is an executive villa situated in one of the most sought  
after locations in Orlando, Florida. The Sanctuary at West Haven has  
a sense of peace and harmony with nature. The lake and conservation  
area that this property overlooks is something to behold. If you're  
looking for exclusive luxury in a fantastic location then look no  
further.  
 
The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes  
while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the  
Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour. 
 
 
Pool Area 
 
Your luxury vacation home has a large, private 30 x 15 feet  
Swimming Pool. There is also an 8 feet diameter raised Spa for the  
ultimate in relaxation. A waterfall running from the spa into the  
pool provides a soothing background for when you're relaxing around  
the deck. Once out there you won't want to go back in for anything,  
so we've even provided a cabana shower outside on the deck so you  
can cool off! The south facing proximity of the pool guarantees  
Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. The  
huge deck area is the largest offered by any house-builder in the  
region. However, we wanted even more for your enjoyment, so we've  
extended it even further, to give an exceptional feeling of space.  
Overlooking a natural lake and woodlands it gives a feeling of  
tranquillity and peace. When the sun gets too much, for those guests  
wanting some shade there is a large covered Lanai. There is ample  
patio furniture, aswell as a plush 4-seater dining table with   
parasol, so the lanai also provides a lovely area to eat meals al  
fresco or to sit and relax with an evening drink and watch the sun  
set. For the safety of children the outside deck area is equipped  
with a pool guard. 
 
 
Villamagic Facilities 
 
The spacious Family Room with its double-height cathedral ceiling is  
a real showpiece. Overlooked by the unique sky-bridge, it has a  
ceiling fan and patio doors looking out onto the pool area and lake  
beyond. A large screen cable TV with DVD/VCR is installed in the  
lounge and there are TVs in all the bedrooms. In addition a music  
centre is provided for your entertainment. There is a Playstation 2  
available to use for no extra charge and a selection of music,  
books and games for you to enjoy.  
 
The professionally installed Games Room has an 8' Pool table, Air  
Hockey & Soccer table to provide hours of entertainment for everyone! 
 
The fully equipped Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher,  
American fridge/freezer/icemaker, waste-disposal unit and double  
sink will more than cater for all your needs. Adjacent is a  
Breakfast Nook with table and chairs overlooking the pool area. The  
kitchen also incorporates a breakfast bar with further seating. For  
your convenience, there is a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and  
ironing board in a separate Utility Room. All linen and towels are  
provided for your convenience and an additional half bathroom for  
general use is situated downstairs. 
 
A separate Dining Area with a stunning column support glass table  
will seat six people. This really is a magnificent setting for  
formal dining, and should you wish to escape somewhere quieter  
there's a Second Lounge with double sofabed and a large glass  
coffee table. This lies beyond the dining area for extra privacy. 
 
The large landing has been made into a Den with Wireless Internet  
Access, a plush sofa, coffee table and reading lamp, provides an  
ideal location for quiet relaxation. This tranquil area is adjacent  
to the impressive Sky-bridge, which overlooks the family room and  
kitchen area. 
 
The Master Bedroom really is something to behold! It is the ultimate  
in privacy and luxury. Accessed by its own gallery walkway, it  
occupies the whole of the East Side of the first floor. It is fully  
furnished with a King-size mahogany slay bed and has patio doors  
leading onto its own balcony overlooking the pool and lake beyond.  
The luxurious En-Suite Bathroom has two single bowl vanity units, a  
toilet (separated from the remainder of the bathroom by its own  
door), a large roman bath and a huge walk-in shower cubicle. Also in  
the bathroom area are two large walk-in closets.   
 
Master Bedroom 2 on the ground floor is fully furnished with  
a Queen-size feature bed. Patio doors running the length of the room  
give you your own personal access to the deck and pool area. This  
bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with an annexed door. A   
hairdryer, radio alarm clock and remote control television are  
available in both master bedrooms. 
 
The Third Double Bedroom, which overlooks the lake, has a luxurious  
teak Queen-size feature bed. It is also equipped with its own remote  
control TV and is fully furnished to a very high standard. It shares  
a large bathroom with its own bath and shower with one other room.  
 
There are Two Twin Bedrooms that the kids or young at heart will  
love. One has a Disney theme, whilst the other is themed in American  
sports. Both these rooms share a bathroom and are equipped with  
remote control TV. 
 
This really is a luxurious villa, which can only make your vacation  
really special.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Sanctuary is an impressive gated community of high quality homes  
set in beautifully landscaped communal areas. Red stone paving  
driveways and tree-lined boulevards add elegance to the development.  
 
Westhaven is located within the proximity of the US27-I4  
intersection and is well placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol  
stations and restaurants. There is a newly built Publix supermarket  
within 2 minutes drive of your villa. Orlando International airport  
is about 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes  
drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes.

Activities and Attractions

The world-renowned Championsgate golf resort featuring two 18-hole  
courses designed by Greg Norman is a mere two minutes drive from  
your vacation villa. 
 
The home is situated in a quiet rural location overlooking a lake  
and woodlands and offers easy access to Disney World, which will  
take 15 minutes by car. Your rental property is also well placed for  
all the other major attractions in the Disney area.
