Vacation Rental Description

Available winter, spring, summer, and fall.  Located seven miles  
west of the City of Sturgeon Bay.  This year-around Waterfront Door  
County cottage is surrounded by oak and birch trees on 100 feet of  
Sand Bay's west shore.  Fresh, clean, bright, modern interior.  Boat  
dock for shallow draft boats.  Paddle boat.  This all-seasons  
property is designed for your comfort, safety, style,  
and value for up to 6 guests. 
 
Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Waterfront.  Pressed bed linens.  Towels.  Fully eguipped kitchen  
with full size microwave oven.  Central heat and AC.  Fire pit.   
Charcoal and gas grill outside.  Full compliment of patio  
furniture.  Non-smoking inside.  TV, VCR, CD, and DVD. 
 
A semi-improved 200 square foot garage, fondly called the "Alligator  
Annex," is included in the rental.  The Annex serves as a perfect  
gear house for storing your skis, snowmobile equipment, fishing  
gear, and all the other sporting equipment our outdoor-active  
guests like to bring along on vacation.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, ice fishing, gathering around the camp fire, and swimming  
on site.  Snow mobile and cross country skiing trails within 5  
miles.  Large, private lot for your family and friends' activities.   
Yard games.  Seven miles to Sturgeon Bay's historic shopping  
district and 5 miles to Potawanomi State park.  This easy-to-get-to  
location can serve as your home base for day trips exploring Door  
County's rugged geography, strollong leisurely through unlimited  
speciality shops, or attending cultural events winter, sping,  
summer, and fall. 
 
Or, you can decide to relax in the cozy atmosphere of the great room  
overlooking picturesque Sand Bay after a day of snow skiing, ice  
fishing, or skating while you make this value-priced cottage your  
home for a long weekend, a week, or perhaps an entire season.

Additional fee of $10 per night for each gueast above 4  
Maximum occupancy is 6 
Low season minimum rental rate for one, two, three, or four nights  
is $396 
State and local tax is 5.5% plus Door County bed tax 5.5% 
Minimum $150 refundable security deposit
