The Evergreens in Ogunquit

The Evergreens-a charming old fashioned 4 bedroom cottage in
Ogunquit, Maine in a quiet neighborhood a short 4 minute walk to
downtown and the beach. First floor includes living room with wood
stove and TV with DVR, fully equipped kitchen, two quaint bedrooms
and bath, each with a double bed, and incredible porch with wood
sliding doors looking into the woods. Two dining tables plus sitting
area with chairs and old fashioned glider to relax and read on, or
take a nap.

Upstairs has two bedrooms, a children's room and a master bedroom, a
full bath and a small sitting area with cable TV. The children's
room has 2 twin beds and a 3/4 bed, the huge master has a queen size
bed and a twin. A small crib is available as well. Loaded with New
England personality, it has wood floors and ceiling fans. You'll
experience the charm and feeling of a visit to Grandma's.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, gas stove, coffee
pot, microwave, and toaster oven.

Oustide shower for rinsing off sandy beach goers!

Ogunquit is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Eastern
seaboard, and is a 5 minute walk from the house, as is downtown with
shopping and dining. Trolley stop with family memorial bench at end
of street-directly across from Marginal Way. Perkins Cove is less
than a mile away, with deep-sea fishing and lobster excursions
available, plus sight-seeing boat trips.

2008 Rates
June 1 through June 22 1200 per week
June 22 through June 29 $2000 per week
June 29 through Labor Day $2500 per week

Winter rate (after 4 September) $700 month

*7% Maine tax not included/Additional $300 Security deposit
