Vacation Rental Description

10 Minutes to Disney. Our home is well maintained and is located in 
Lake 
Berkley, an upscale gated community. Lake Berkley Resort lies in a 
quiet, enclave of luxurious private homes. About 25 
Minutes from Orlando International Airport and about one hour to the 
Beach

Our home sleeps up to 10 people and has 24-hour management service. 
Our professionally decorated home is spacious and comfortable 
consisting of large kitchen, living room, dining room, king master 
bedroom with ensuite bath, queen second bedroom, two twin bedrooms, 
laundry room with full size washer/dryer and GAME ROOM. The home has 
5 TV's, VCR's, DVD Player, PLAY STATION 2, High Speed Internet 
Connection and CD/Stereo system.

The home features high ceilings and a bright, airy atmosphere. All 
linens are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 
microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste 
disposal and telephone. Sliding patio doors from the master bedroom 
and family room open onto a screened patio, which makes a delightful 
eating area by the private pool. The living room and family room are 
beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas (pull out queen-size 
beds), wall unit with  remote cable TV, VCRs, DVD Player and stereo 
System. Please note, we visit our home at least four times per year 
in order to make sure "all is well" and in shape.

This is truly a home you will enjoy.
