Vacation Rental Description

Location: 1075 Turnberry Court. It is across the street from the 5th 
fairway of the Homestead Golf Course. In Lime Canyon. It is very 
close to the Zermatt Resort, Homestead Resort, and Swiss Oaks. This 
is an almost new unit. Non Smoking Unit, No Pets
Description: 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath unit. 
Main level: Living room with leather sofas, fireplace, 
entertainment center, Dining room, Full kitchen with everything, 
washer and dryer, half bathroom, 2 car garage, Large deck with 
tables and chairs and gas barbeque.
Top Level: Master bedroom has a King sized 4 poster bed with 
entertainment center. Master bathroom has a large jetted tub and 
separate shower. It has a large walk-in closet. The other bedroom 
has a Queen sized bed with a nice bathroom.
Lower Level: It has a Family room with fireplace, entertainment 
center and large sofas designed for sleeping on. The Large bedroom 
has 2 Queen size beds, the smaller bedroom has one Queen sized bed. 
The lower level has a nice bathroom. On the outside deck there is a 
large private hot tub for 8 people. Non Smoking Unit, No Pets

Activities and Attractions

Summer:
The Homestead has horseback riding, a natural hot springs crater for 
scuba diving, You can get certified while you are here. 
90 holes of Championship Golf within 5 minutes. Deer Creek Island 
Resort is less than 10 minutes away. We have the concession on the 
lake. We rent Water ski boats, Wakeboard boats, Yamaha Waverunners, 
fishing boats, and all the gear. When you rent this unit, we will 
give you 25% off on Yahaha Waverunners.
Other Activities include Bicycle rentals, Fly fishing and rafting on 
the Provo River. 
Heber Valley historic Railroad called the Heber Creeper, Cascade 
Springs, Timpanogos Cave, Bridal Veil Falls and the Sundance Resort 
Summer Theatre are all just minutes away. Park City is about 20 
minutes away, there you will find the Alpine Slide, shopping, 
factory outlet stores. Live plays and all kinds of activities.

Winter:
We have discount tickets to Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons.
Park City normally $75, when you rent $59. Canyons normally $75, 
when you rent $50. We also have ski rental available at Zermatt 
Adventure Haus. If you make reservations, we can have your passes 
and ski rentals in your Townhome when you arrive, and pick up the 
skis after you leave. No waiting in lines.
Many ski Resorts to choose from. Deer Valley has a Gondola to access 
the mountain that is about 10 minutes away. Park City is about 20 
minutes away. Sundance and The Canyons  are just minutes away also. 
Brighton and Solitude, Alta and Snowbird are about twice as far. 
Snowmobilling and cross country skiing are just minutes away. Tubing 
at Soldier Hollow has a lift to take you up. Midway is a great

Vacation Rental Rates

May 15 – Sept. 15  $350 per night (3 night minimum) $1750 per wk.
Sep. 16 – Nov. 15  $250 per night (3 night minimum) $1250 per wk.
Nov. 16 - Dec. 22  $300 per night (3 night minimum) $1500 per week
Christmas Week  Dec. 23rd – January 1st  $600 per night 6 nt min.
Jan,Feb.Mar. $350 per night(3 night min.) $1750 per wk.= $250.00 nite
Presidents week is $2500 for the week, no nightly rentals.
April til Park City Ski Lifts Close $300 per nt (3 nt. Min.)$1500wk.
April after Lifts close – May 15th $250 per nt ( 3 nt.Min.) $1250wk.
You get 2 nights free if you stay the full week. Except Christmas
Discount Lift tickets available to Park City, Deer Valley, and the 
Canyons. We also have ski rental available at Zermatt Adventure Haus.
If you reserve, we can have your passes and ski rentals in your 
townhome when you arrive, and pick them up after you leave. No 
waiting in lines.

There is a 12.55% nightly room, and sales tax added to all rentals.
