dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker,
stove, oven, disposal, Iron and board, linens, towels, kitchen, ceiling fans in
bedroom, porch and livingroom. Laundry room approximately 20 ft from
back door. TV in both LR and BR. High Speed Internet included, Central Heat and Air. Just bring your clothes, everything else provided. All utilities included, digital cable TV, wireless internet. Lovely, large heated pool and tennis courts. Available from January 1st. $1300 per month (3900. due in advance), $500 security deposit, refundable upon departure. 3 minutes to Interstate and 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minutes to beach/10 min to St Pete Beach. Complex has a tennis court, large pool, sauna, clubhouse, complex next to a Marina and waterway. Minutes to the beach and to the Interstate. Very near Eckerd College. New Central Heat and Air, carpet, appliances. Very nice and quiet well maintained area. Small pet okay. $500 security deposit due by December 15, balance due January 1, 2012.
