Vacation Rental Description

This condo is located on the bottom level of a 3 level building with
only 4 units in the building. This is a family rental as well as the
other units in the building. There is nothing in front of the building
to obstruct your view. You only have a direct view of the canal. It is
within walking distance to Jolly Rogers as well as 7 Eleven and Pizza
Hut. The beach is within 3 blocks.
Living room has TV with DVD and VCR combo. It also has a brand new pull out sleeper sofa couch that 
can sleep 2.
Bedroom 1 have a bunkbed and has room for a air mattress on floor.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with a TV that has a DVD and VCR combo.
Entire unit has brand new tile, paint,doors, ceiling fans, brand new kitchen
Unit also has AC.
Very well kept. Pride in ownership shows.
The property was completed renovated, it has brand new tile throughout
the unit. BranD New paint and doors as well as branD new furniture.
The bathroom was also completely remodeled.
