Beautiful Home only 60 steps to the Beach in St Augustine Beach

60 steps to the beach on one side and a 2 minute walk to the
Intercoastal Waterway on the other. This quiet but hip area of Vilano
Beach is popular for surfing and surf fishing and has many great
restaurants within minutes. Our 5 year young home is a 5 minute drive
to the fun & activity filled oldest town in America, downtown St.
Augustine. The Vilano Beach pier is a 2 minute car drive away (or 40
minute beach walk) where you'll find the local Surf Shop, Post
Office, Dry Cleaners and 3 great restaurants and a Pub. A 20 minute
drive to the home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass, and a 2 hour drive to
Disney World. There is an oversize King bed in the Master with a
covered swing on the patio to enjoy some magnificent sunsets, 2 twins
in the 2nd bedroom and the 3rd is set up as an office with a pull out
Queen Sofa bed. There is a Garage with space for 1 vehicle.

We have A/C, Ceiling Fans, 2.5 baths, 37" LCD TV, Cable, Microwave, Oven,
Front Porch with 3 chairs, Back Porch with 2 lounge chairs and picnic table,
BBQ grill and a fenced in back yard. The Master Suite has an Upstairs Deck
with a swing, the 2nd bedroom is set up with 2 Twin beds and has a small
oceanview, the 3rd bedroom is set up as an office with High Speed
Internet Access /Fax / Printer/ WiFi, Shredder, Library and a Queen
Sofa Sleeper with a 2.5" Memory Foam Topper and a small ocean view as
well. The bridge to St. Augustine can be seen from here and at night
the Lighthouse comes through brightly. Brand new Washer & Dryer
upstairs, Organic Linens & Towels. In the Garage are 2 Adult bikes, 2
Childrens bicycles, a Razor, Boogey Board, 2 Fishing Poles & gear,
Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella & mats, 2 children's Roller blades
(sizes 1-4), mens size 11 Roller blades & womens size 7 all with
pads, 3 baseball mitts & balls, football, a womens set of golf clubs
with a walking bag, frisbee, 2 Tennis Racquets as well as other fun
stuff.

Surfing & Wakeboarding, Surf Fishing off the Beach, Dock Fishing on
the Intercoastal, Biking, Vehicle driving on the Beach by the Vilano
Beach Town Center, 6 local (Vilano) restaurants and a pub, a 20 minute
drive to the Golf Hall of Fame and the TPC Sawgrass, Shark Teeth &
Shell Collecting on the beach, a 2 hour drive to Disney World, 1 hour
drive to Daytona, and only 5 minutes to America's Oldest City,
Historic St. Augustine with activites for the whole family.

Weekly rates are $900-1200 depending on occupancy (limited to 5 people maximum)
