Beautiful Home only 60 steps to the Beach in St Augustine Beach

60 steps to the beach on one side from an easy path and a 2 minute walk to the Intercoastal Waterway on the other. This quiet but hip area of Vilano/North Beach is popular for surfing and surf fishing and has many great
restaurants within minutes. Our 6 year young home is a 5 minute drive to the fun & activity filled oldest town in America, St. Augustine. The Vilano Beach pier is a 2 minute car drive away (or 40 minute beach walk) where you'll find the local Bait/Fish shop a Post Office, 3 restaurants and a Pub. A 20 minute drive to the home of the PGA at TPC Sawgrass, and a 2.5 hour drive to Disney World. There is an oversize King bed in the Master with a patio to enjoy some magnificent sunsets, 2 twins in the middle bedroom and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a Garage with space for 1 vehicle.

We have A/C, Ceiling Fans, 2.5 baths, 37" LCD TV downstairs and TVs in every bedroom, Cable, Microwave, Oven, Front Porch with 4 chairs, Back Porch with a picnic table and a BBQ grill and a fenced in back yard. A fully equipped kitchen. The Master Suite has an Upstairs Deck, the 2nd bedroom is set up with 2 Twin beds and has a small oceanview, the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and a library. The bridge to St. Augustine can be seen from here and at night the Lighthouse shines brightly. A wireless printer is downstairs in the sunroom. 3 year old Washer & Dryer upstairs, All Towels & Sheets provided. In the Garage are 2 Adult bikes, 2 Childrens bicycles, a Razor, Boogey Boards, Beach toys, Fishing Poles & gear, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, 2 children's Roller blades (sizes 1-4), mens size 11 Roller blades & womens size 7 all with pads, 2 baseball mitts & balls, football, 2 Tennis Racquets and morel.

Surfing & Wakeboarding, Surf Fishing off the Beach, Dock Fishing on the Intercoastal, Biking, 6 local restaurants and a pub, a 20 minute drive to the Golf Hall of Fame and the TPC Sawgrass, Shark Teeth & Shell Collecting on the beach, a 2.5 hour drive to Disney World, 1 hour drive to Daytona, and only 5 minutes to America's Oldest City, historic St. Augustine with activites for the whole family.

Weekly rates are $975-1200 depending on occupancy (limited to 5 people maximum)

Booking deposit required within 3 days to hold the reservation dates.
Remainder of payment & Security Deposit due 2 weeks before arrival.
