Butternut Retreat - New Hot Tub, Wi-Fi, Pool Passes in Sunriver

At 1578 sq ft, our home is one of the largest 2 bedroom homes in
Sunriver. We've packed our home with great amenities including an
awesome Sundance hot tub with massage jets for your back, your feet,
and even the backs of your knees. The hot tub can fit 7 adults
comfortably.  We also provide free passes for unlimited use of the Sunriver pools and tennis courts. We have 5 adult bikes (2 are new cruisers added in
May 2008) and provide 4 tennis rackets and tennis balls and a 2 person sled for the winter. We have a grill outside for your use.  We have 3 TV's (one is a 42" widescreen plasma in the living room), 2 DVD players, 2 VCR's, Playstation 2, games for the Playstation, board games, DVD's, VHS tapes, books. There is also a computer with high speed internet and wi-fi connection if you travel
with a laptop.

We recently upgraded all the appliances in the kitchen - new
refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, glass stovetop, oven, waffle
maker, coffee maker, smoothie maker, crockpot, blender. We also added
brand new dishes, pots, pans, glasses and silverware!
We have two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The River Room
(decorated after the Deschutes River) has a king size bed and the
Volcano Room (decorated after all the local volcanos) has a queen size bed. Both have new wood dressers built by our rustic furniture makers in Sunriver. We provide 100% cotton, 400 thread count sheets as well as large fluffy towels.  We provide a port-a-crib and high chair to make traveling with little
ones easier. Finally, there is a new full size washer and dryer
inside.  The living room has two full size pull-out sofas. It's a large living
area that opens into the dining room with seating for 6. Our dining room
table is new, hand made from rustic wood by a couple in Sunriver. We
also have a bar area and two bar stools.
