This is a 4 unit condominium with a brand-new pool in the backyard. Located on Gulf Drive, we are
less than 100 steps to the beach. Unit 1 is a downstairs unit.

Like New - This property has just been totally renovated inside and out. All new kitchens,
Bathrooms, Furniture, Furnishings, utilities, appliances, etc.

Public access is directly across from our front door. We are less that 100 steps to the beach. In
addition, we are only about a “Nine Iron” east of Schooners...leave your car parked and walk back
and forth. For fine dining, fishing and boat rentals, we are less than a mile from Capt Anderson’s
and the Marina. There is no more convenient location than here. Enjoy the “drive-up” parking
convenience without the hassle of the elevators and long walks. There is a convenient beach
concession close by with jet ski’s, floats, etc.

You can enjoy the blue/green waters of the Emerald Coast, sink your toes in the white sand and take
in one of the most breathtaking sunsets of your life. The upstairs units have some view of the Gulf.
We have all the amenities to make your stay most enjoyable. Come and enjoy your vacation with us.

Spring March 1 – May 14 $595 week or $125 per day (4 minimum)
Summer May 15 - Aug 14 $865 week or $165 per day (4 minimum)
Late summer Aug 15 - Oct 31 $595 week or $125 per day (4 minimum)
Winter Nov 1 - Apr 30 Long Term available $1090 month or $400 week

• Must be over 25 years of age to rent.
• This is a no smoking property.

A $200 refundable Reservation/Security deposit fee is required within 7
days of making the reservation. Upon arrival, the $200 deposit
converts to a security/damage deposit that will be returned by mail
within 7 days of departure if there is upon an inspection, no
damage or items missing (including keys). Note: additional deposit of $200.00 is required for pets and long term stay.

Full Payment (plus 11% FL taxes)is required 30 days prior to
arrival. Personal Checks, money orders, cashier checks, certified
checks and credit cards are accepted. If there is less than 30 days before arrival to receive
payment, then payment must be made by credit card, money order or certified checks.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation for any reason,
we will make every attempt to re-rent the unit. Any rental obtained
during your vacancy will be credited to your account, minus an
administrative fee of $100 for re-renting. If unable to re-rent,
all monies paid will be non-refundable except the Security deposit.

No refunds for early departure with the exception of forced weather
related evacuations by PCB Authorities.
