Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath Patio Villa in The Villages

This smoke-free, pet-free Patio Villa is a 2/2 with a 1&1/2 car garage. There
is a King-size bed in the Master Bedroom Suite and Twin beds in the Guest
Bedroom. Dining Room has a table and chairs to seat 6. There is an
eat-in Kitchen equipped with table which seats 4, microwave oven,
self-cleaning electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster,
complete service of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. Living Room
has a queen-size sofa bed and matching love seat, 2 leather reclining
chairs, a 27" TV and VCR/DVD. The Front Porch is screened and has a
table and 6 comfortable indoor lanai chairs. There is also
a private side patio area with patio table and chairs if you want to
sit outside. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, washer and
dryer, all linens and towels are also included. All you need to
bring are your clothes and toothbrush.

Amenities include Free golf on 30 executive courses. The 9+
championship courses require a fee. There are 3 Olympic-size pools as
well as 9 Adult pools and 5 Family pools, two smoke-free 32-lane
bowling alleys, 4 polo fields, 9 softball fields, billiard tables,
many excellent restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets, churches of
almost every denomination and three 8-screen movie theaters.
There is nightly entertainment on the 3 Town Squares, dancing, several tennis
courts, boccie, shuffleboard, pickleball, etc. The Villages Regional Hospital, as
well as medical services, are also located in the community, which
also has it's own TV and Radio stations as well as it's own daily
Newspaper. This is truly a self-contained gated community.

We are located approximately 1 hour north of Orlando and all the Walt
Disney attractions, including Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Animal
Kingdom, Universal Studios, Epcot, etc.
We are also centrally located approximately 1 hour from the beaches
on the East Coast, Daytona Beach, and the West Coast, Tampa Bay.
However, you will probably never want to leave The Villages because
we have so many activities here to keep you busy and happy.

Rates are highest from January to March ($2780), Spring, Summer, and
Fall rates are from $1,000-$1,800 per month. Short term rentals vary
per night. All amenities are included except long distance phone calls.
We require a Security Deposit and a $75 cleaning fee. All rates include
the Florida Transient tax. Rentals of 6 months or more are exempt.

Long-term rentals 6 months or more are welcome and encouraged.

Executive golf courses and recreational pools are free with a guest pass;
however, an optional $50 processing fee, which is paid to the Villages,
allows you to pay a reduced rate to play the Championship golf courses
and to gain entrance to the Country Club swimming pools.
