Vacation Rental Description

Sealofts is a condominium community on a three-acre site running from
the ocean to the edge of the Royal St. Kitts Golf Club's 18th hole
championship golf course. Our Condos are extremely well maintained.
This is an Ocean view unit that is located less than 200 feet from 
the
beach. You can sit on the 2nd story balcony, sip a cool drink, watch
the waves come in and close your eyes to hear the soothing sound of
the ocean. There is a beautiful fresh water swimming pool 50 feet
away. You may enjoy the cool ocean breezes in addition to turning on
the ceiling fans or button the unit up and turn on the central
air-conditioning. 
The ground floor or "pedestal level" is made of concrete and contains
a shower and bathroom, and a washer and dryer. The Master bedroom 
has 
a queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is 
fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, coffee & tea makers, etc. 
The unit has a wrap around sundeck on the second floor and a small 
sundeck connected to the master bedroom on the third level.
The condo is in the heart of Frigate Bay, a beautiful area, known 
for its fine restaurants (try the Sprat Net), beautiful beaches (you
can run along the beach for miles without any obstructions), casinos
(right down the street in the Marriott), bars (try the Monkey bar or
Shipwrecks)and night clubs.  Best of all, while these amenities are
close you don't hear them at Sealofts - all you hear is the wind and
the sea.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tennis courts, outdoor barbecue area, gazebos, swimming pool, direct 
access to the beach, lush tropical garden,  2 private sundecks with 
patio furniture.

Activities and Attractions

A number of activities on the island can be arranged:  golfing, 
horseback riding, diving, mountain climbing, snorkeling, scenic 
railway train ride, mountain bike riding, island tour, etc.  
Restaurants and bars are within a 2 minute walking distance.
