Lovely, fully-equipped vacation hideaway...downstairs home with its
own separate and good-sized single car garage...ample parking on the
driveway, also.
Living room features a dinette table, entertainment center, VCR, DVD,TV, and a queen sofa bed. Large master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, TV...lots of closet space.
Kitchen is nice size with all the equipment, utensils, pots, pans, etc..
Linens, towels and all the extras are included, of course. Perfect for a couple or
single who needs an economy vacation unit. Walk to Big Lots/Staples
shopping center...featuring Ace Hardware and lots of
other stores and restaurants for your convenience. The lake is only
two minutes away including peaceful Mesquite Bay...and the Windsor Beach launch ramp.
This exclusive area of Lake Havasu is located in the North part of
town...only about an hour South of Laughlin, NV...the gaming resort on the
Colorado River. Vegas lies just 2 1/2 hours Northwest of us.
Pool and spa can be available..please inquire. BBQ and patio set
included.
