two minutes away including peaceful Mesquite Bay...and the Windsor Beach launch ramp.

This exclusive area of Lake Havasu is located in the North part of
town...only about an hour South of Laughlin, NV...the gaming resort on the
Colorado River. Vegas lies just 2 1/2 hours Northwest of us.

Pool and spa can be available..please inquire. BBQ and patio set
included.
