I love this place!! Rented last summer, this summer and have booked for next summer too!! Quiet location, near the beach, walking distance up to the restaurants and shops. Very clean and updated with new things yearly.
Wish there was an A/C in the bedroom as it gets very hot. Also would like a light added to the ceiling fan in the living room, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

Recommended for: girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Thank you for your review. It is really quite helpful. I know that you enjoy vacationing here so much, so it is good to know the areas that I can improve upon. I never put AC in the bedroom because I have been told by other guests that we get the ocean breeze. I will be happy to add AC if it provides a more comfortable atmosphere. I was recently told by another guest that I could improve the lighting, so I will add a light fixture to the ceiling fan in the livingroom.

I love this place!! Found it online last year and rented it last summer, as well as this summer. Already booked for next summer too!! Everything is very nice and clean. I do wish there was a ceiling fan in the living room, since there is no A/C. I also would like beach chairs available as well as beach towels for use, as I fly, and can't take those things with me. I also got to use the pool this summer-very nice.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Thank you again for your review. As I stated in the previous review, there is a ceiling fan in the livingroom and I will add a light fixture for better lighting. I do provide all bed linens and towels, however, I don't provide beach towels or chairs. As you stated, you fly in for vacation whereas most people drive here. Those who drive can easily pack their own beach towels and chairs, but that is not an option for you. When you come next year, I can provide you with a beach towel and lend you a chair to make your stay more comfortable.
