Association; Short walking distance to private sandy beach overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Spacious 7 rooms, including two bedrooms upstairs with skylights, a third bedroom on the main floor and 1 full bath (sleeps up to six).
Visit America's Hometown. Visit historic downtown Plymouth. Founded in 1620, Plymouth is the oldest, continously inhabited, town in the United States. Learn about the lives of the early settlers and their interactions with native Americans at Plimoth Plantation. Or visit the Mayflower replica moored in Plymouth harbor, as well as many well-restored colonial homes to trace the lives of the America's ancestors.
Enjoy a New England Summer Tradition. Clam bake on the beach; outdoor hot and cold shower; spacious and inviting New England wrap-round porch for casual outside dining and sitting; visit historic antique shops or take a ghost tour at night through Burial Hill; great rental for families with kids.

Living Room: Two sofas, two chairs and coffee table; 1 color tv with DVD/VHS player and cable tv service; large closet with games.
Bedrooms: Spacious master bedroom with queen bed, built-ins and skylights; 2nd large upstairs bedroom with twin beds and skylights (also includes color tv with DVD player and stereo); third bedroom on main floor with trundle bed, sleeps one or two.
New England Wrap-Around Porch: A large (40X12) wrap around porch with ceiling fans, dining seating for 6-8, and lounge area with seating up to 10, offers cool summer breezes off the water and plenty of room to host guests.
Other Amenities: House is fully equipped with Verizon Freedom Plan long-distance (US) unlimited calling, FIOS hi-speed wireless network and FIOS cable with over 200 channels (at no extra charge for summer rentals). For the Beach: Beach chairs, beach umbrella, wheeled cooler, games and toys for kids use at the beach all available. Clothes Washer and Dryer in excellent working order. All season house with new heating system.
