Vacation Rental Description

This like new 2300 sq. ft. luxury villa with it's own heated 
private pool & jacuzzi is located in Cedar Hammock, a gated golf 
community in Naples Florida.  The unit is next to the championship 
Lewis/Azinger Signature golf course. THIS VILLA HAS A PRIVATE LAKE BEHIND IT  WITH A BEAUTIFUL 
WESTERN 
VIEW OF THE SUNSETS. It is also Located one block away from a
terrific 20,000+ sq. ft. clubhouse complete with health club, 
Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, formal dining and lounge, 
aqua-driving range and pro shop.  You are minutes away from 
downtown Naples with the finest shopping and dining in south 
Florida.  Also close by are the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful beaches 
and a pier.

The community has 50% of its land set aside as preserves.  There are 
beautiful lakes, biking, jogging and walking paths everywhere.

The luxurious furnishings are custom designed to make your stay 
relaxing and comfortable.  There as been no expense spared for your 
at home stay including leather sofa's, luxury bedding and a Hi-speed 
internet work area.  The living area includes leather sofa and 
loveseat with a 32" TV, DVD/VCR.  The master suite has luxurious 
king sized accomodations with 32" TV, private bath with walk-in 
closet, heavenly soaking tub and large glass enclosed shower.  The 
guest bedroom has two twin beds with its own closet. The den has a 
pull out sofa,chair in addition to a work area with hi-speed 
internet. His/hers bikes are available for your convience..


The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, 
coffeemaker, blender, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer with water 
dispenser.  Washer & Dryer in utility room.

Separate dining and kitchen areas are beautifully decorated and 
ideal for family use or formal dining.  Unit has two car garage and 
A/C.  All linens, towels and beach towels are provided.

There are three floor to ceiling sliding doors providing gorgeous 
views of pool/golf course, breathtaking sunsets facing west and 
views of the golf course lake. ENJOY PRIVACY, WE HAVE NO GOLFERS BEHIND US, JUST A QUITE LAKE.  
Patio 
furniture includes a table, 
chairs and of couse a gas grill.

Security personnel at the gated entrance ensures a very safe stay.

Discounts are available for multiple months.  
For golfers, the golf membership is transferable and is available 
for monthly renters only with a one-time $250 membership transfer 
fee. 

Security deposit and $125 cleaning fee is extra.
The villa is a non-smoking facility.  Florida state rent tax of 9% 
applies and will be added to the rental fee.
