Please note: The Condo Assoc requires a minimum 30 day lease 
agreement.  No weekly or daily rentals less than 30 days are 
permitted.
This fully furnished 2 bedroom condo is located on the third floor 
in the gated community of Phoenix Towers.  With direct, unobstructed 
ocean and beach views, this spacious unit has recently been 
upgraded with new furniture and tile.  Both bathrooms have also been 
recently updated.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the 
spare bedroom has two twin bunk beds, and a separate queen. A baby 
crib is also available.  All linens and towels are provided, just 
bring your clothes.  Unit contains 2 TV's with cable, VCR & DVD 
players, stereo w/cd player, and full kitchen appliances.

Amenities at Phoenix Towers include a security gate, a clubhouse, 
heated pool, sauna, new tennis courts, reserved parking near 
building entrance, private beach, outdoor gas BBQ grills

Rates:
Currently the 2008 season is booked until 4/15/08.
January, February and March $3800 / month.
April, May, and October through December $3600 / month.
Off-season June through September $3300 / month.
Long-term rates available.  No pets.  No smoking.  Max occupancy is 
limited to five people per unit.
