hours north, by car, from Puerto Vallarta. This beautiful home has air
conditioning, two bedrooms with two double beds in each bedroom, two
full baths, living room, dining room, and a fully equipped gourmet
kitchen. The home has a phone, internet, television, and DVD player. Bring

Directions: From Puerto Vallarta drive north on Highway 200 about
one hour to Las Varas. Turn left at the sign for San Blas. Follow
signs toward San Blas until you come to Playa Los Cocos. After you
pass Motel Casa Manana, our house is on the ocean side of the road
about a mile further. Directly across the street is the Bungalos Las
Tres Marias, The house is two story, beige with brown trim and green
gates. Carmen (our housekeeper) is also available for maid, cooking and
laundry service (at extra cost).

Entertain friends and family in this tropical getaway with
exquisite sunsets. Enjoy the outdoor area for rest,
relaxation and rejuvenation. BBQ on the premise for your outdoor
dining pleasure and the property also offers a sparkling pool.

Other attractions include miles of private beach to sun and surf,
birdwatching, kayaking, fishing and hiking. Also a beautiful
waterfall in El Cora (9K North of Playa Los Cocos) is located nearby
and tours, by boat, of the extensive jungle mangroves are available.
Transportation: There is bus service to San Blas on the hour, however
a car is more convienent (car rentals are available at airport).

High season-$770.00 U.S.Dollars weekly from Dec.1 through May 31
Low season -$570.00 U.S.Dollars weekly from June 1 through Nov.30

There is a $100.00 required phone deposit. The deposit is refundable
