carport, 2 kayaks for your use, gas grill, washer - dryer, A/C, full kitchen

ocean front property  located in the Fl Keys, Mile Marker 52,  2 hours 
from Miami Int'l Airport, 1 mile from  Marathon Airport, 1 hour
hour from Key West and less than ten minutes from the Dolphin 
Research Center, The Seven Mile Bridge is 8 miles south 
excellent  fishing, diving and snorkeling, Sombrero Beach- 5
miles, Coco Plum Beach  Fishing/dive charters in town 1 mile. Shopping, 
restaurants.. gas/dive docks located around the corner  easy direct boat 
access to ocean or bay

$1,500 - $1,800.00 weekly
$4,500.00 monthly
11.5% Bed/ lodging TAX
Cleaning fee $100.00
Deposit $500.00  refundable after departure and inspection to hold reservation
Pets  $300.00  non refundable 
Holiday. lobster season , special events  call for rates
