This spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo is wonderfully located
adjacent to Racquet Park and just a short walk  to the beach. There
is a large pool and pool deck for sunbathing. Within walking
distance are the Beach, Beach Club, Racquet park, Fitness Center,
Plantation shops and several restaurants.
The condo is nearly 1500 square feet with a spacious living room and
dining area.There is a wet bar in the living room. Lots of windows
provide excellent wooded and Racquet Park views.There are two
private patios for relaxing or outside dining. The kitchen is fully equipped
with many extras. The unit has a washer/dryer.
Both bedrooms are spacious. The Master BR has a king  bed and sleeps
two. The 2nd BR has 2 queen beds and sleeps up to 4There is a sofa bed in the large living room. . The second BR
can also be locked off and used as an efficiency. It has its own
mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Amelia Island Plantation is Florida's premier oceanfront resort. It
is a 4 star resort that consistently ranks among the best in the
country. It has won numerous awards for its beauty and maintenance
of the natural environment. It is just 30 miles from Jacksonville and a
short drive from the airport. Just a short drive to the north end of
the island is historic Fernandina Beach, the 2nd oldest town in the
country.Fernandina Beach has many Victorian era historic homes ,
quaint shops and wonderful restaurants.
The Plantation is a very family oriented resort with walking and
biking trails, lakes and numerous activities. You can rent an island
hopper to xplore from land or a paddleboat to cruise the lakes.
There are also complimentary tram shuttles that run to all points
continuously.
Plantation amenities include 4 golf courses , tennis complex, Beach
Club,Dunes Club, fitness center, and Spa. Some of these require an
amenity card which is available with this condo.The Plantation may
also charge a separate rate for use of each amenity. There are many
restaurants both for casual and upscale dining. There is a recently
opened shopping village within the plantation with a market/deli,
coffee shop, apparrel shops and an aviation themed nightspot and
dance club.

There is a huge variety of activities for all ages both on and off
the Plantation. In addition to the Plantation courses there are
several public or semi-public golf courses on the island. Fernandina
Beach has public tennis courts. Basketball courts and a childrens
playground can be found at Drummond Point within the Plantation.
There is also a children's playground and pool at the Beach Club.The
Beach Club also sponsers various programs for children throughout
the year which are grouped by age.

$175-$200/night for the 2BR/2BA condo;$150-$175/night for the full
1BR/1BA condo: $100-$125/night for the 1BR/1BA efficiency all
depending on the season. A refundable Security/damage deposit is
also required.Weekly and monthly rates are also available.
