There is no better place to relax then by your own private, screened, heated pool & spa. Soak up the warm Florida sunshine on the large furnished sun terrace or after a hard day's sightseeing sip a cocktail on the lanai with ceiling fans to ensure your comfort. 

The glass doors that span the family room slide back completely to open up the full wall to the pool area. Spectacular for your evening barbecue, especially with the colour changing pool & spa lights on! 

The private boat dock is the perfect place to kick back and relax whilst fishing from the canal. Or why not moor your rental boat choice there and take the opportunity to discover the delightful islands of the area or Cape Coral's 400 miles of canals.

The villa is fully air conditoned and is very well furnished & equipped for all your needs. Lanai and deck with sunloungers and large table & chairs for al fresco dining.  Gas BBQ. Heated pool and spa overlooking the canal. Cable TV in all
bedrooms and family room, high speed wireless internet access, DVD
player and stereo CD player in family room. High Chair, Folding crib/playard, Portable CD/radio player. Beach chairs and umbrella. Fishing Rods & 2 bicycles.

Fully equipped luxury kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer
with ice maker,coffee maker, blender, juicer.
Master bedroom with sliding glass doors leading out onto the pool & spa
area. Beautiful master bathroom with jacuzzi bath, his & hers washbasins and large walk in shower. Walk in closet.

Convenient for all attractions including stunning white sand
beaches, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Islands where you can watch
dolphins play, golf courses, a water park and a number of shopping
malls and factory outlets.

Villa Coral is close to good restaurants, particularly those in the Pine Island Road area. Some of our favourites are Carrabas Italian restaurant, Outback Steakhoue, Olive Garden & Bonefish Grill.

Busch Gardens Theme Park is a good day out, as is a trip down the
coast to Naples or the everglades.

Or why not rent a boat and explore the beautiful canals and waters
surrounding Cape Coral. Meander down the canals from Surfside Villa
to the new Cape Harbour Marina and have lunch on the terrace
overlooking the water at Rumrunners restaurant. Or venture further
afield to some of the small islands and beaches that are only
accessible by boat. Back at the villa chill out in the pool and spa
or cook a meal on the barbecue under the stars.
Boat rental is available with a choice of models.

December 2012 - April 2013 - $1200 per week
May 2013 - November 2013 - $850 per week

Sales Tax of 11% will be added to the above charges.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on all confirmed
bookings.
A refundable damage deposit of $400 is required on all bookings.
The balance of payment is due 6 weeks before departure.
A cleaning fee of $150 is payable on each booking.
