The location is nearly ideal - just four minutes from I-75 (the
best way to avoid slow moving stop & go traffic on your way to area
destinations). Tampa International is a quick 45 minute drive,
Disney & Orlando 90 minutes, and a half dozen or more great beaches
are less than 20 minutes depending on your choice in beaches - they
all have their uniquely different features and strong points.
The large master bedroom with sliding door to the pool has a
queen
bed, spacious master bath with oval tub, twin vanities and walk in
shower. Two additional bedrooms have queens, the fourth bedroom has
two twin beds. A hide-a-bed can be arranged. The pool deck with
loungers, BBQ grill, lighted heated pool (Conventional heat - Not
Solar) is screen enclosed and features a covered lanai with table
seating for 6+, perfect for breakfast at poolside. From the pool
deck at waters edge you're just ten feet above sea level, providing
a
relaxing overlook of our small harbor which is home to about eight
boats which come and go during the day wending their way down the
waterway to the Manatee and out to the Gulf.

Cable TV - Four TV's - Two VCR's - CD & DVD Player & Portable radio,
Full
kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, all cooking utensiles provided,
linens provided, Washer & Dryer, two car garage, BBQ Grill, and salt
water fishing just ten yards out the back door.

Nearly endless. Golf - 50 courses in the immediate area. For
shopping the Prime Outles at Ellenton (Just minutes away one exit
north at exit 224 on I-75) is Florida's largest outlet mall and home
to over 135 leading brand deisgner shops and unmatched prices!
