Vacation Rental Description

Our home in Rolling Hills is situated on the prestigious Formosa 
Gardens Estate which is located approximately 1/2 mile south of West 
US Highway 192 just near Splendid China. Walt Disney World, the 
World's No. 1 attraction is located only 3 miles from our home.

5 Bed 3.5 Bath Villa (3000sqft of living space) with South facing 
private pool & spa, games room, 50" HDTV with DVD Player and PC with
free ISDN Road Runner internet access. 
300+ channel TV inc Digital and I-Control Movies* /HBO Events. FREE 
worldwide telephone calls . All living & breakfast areas are fully 
tiled.

The Master Bedroom 1 is situated on the ground floor has a king size 
bed, 32" Cable TV and DVD player, telephone, alarm, 2 walk in 
closets and dresser & nighstands. The en-suite has a large walk in 
shower and twin vanity units. The master suite also has a sitting 
area with patio doors leading out on to the pool.

The living area is fully tiled and furnished with 2 sofas, a Toshiba 
50" HDTV with DVD Player

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual conveniences 
including electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice 
maker, microwave, filter coffee maker, blender, toaster and other 
small appliances. The breakfast nook has a 4 seater table & chairs 
and a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

The grand room is luxuriously furnished with a formal dining area 
for 6 people and a separate sitting area with 2 sofas.

Upstairs Master Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, built in closet, TV 
and dresser with en-suite bathroom - roman bath and shower.

Two further bedrooms themed as Cowboys and Angels for our younger 
guests both sharing a further bathroom. Boys room sleeps 3 with a 
traditional wooden twin (single ) over full size bunk bed, Girls 
room sleeps 2 with two twin (single) beds. Both rooms have Cable TV 
to keep them amused plus 2 Xboxes and games.

Bedroom 5 is situated on the ground floor and has a queen size bed, 
TV, dresser and a built in closet. 

There is a separate utility room on the ground floor complete with 
washer and drier.

A huge 400 sq/ft games room can also be found on the ground floor 
and is equipped with a professional 7' slate Pool Table, Foosball, 
Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Darts and a variety of books and toys. A 
room for both children and adults alike.

For families with babies and infants we have also provided stair 
gates, baby listening monitors, high-chair, crib, travel cot (pack n 
play) and a stroller.

The beautifully landscaped 30' x 15' south facing pool (underlit 
blue) and spa (underlit pink) is kept very private by a white fence 
with palm trees and tropical plants. Ample seating and loungers for 
10 people on the large covered Lanai with Intercom/Music and ceiling 
fans - perfect for outdoor dining.
