crosses the back property for quick access. Our home is available
daily,weekly, or monthly. Return visitors will be pleasantly
surprised to frequent property upgrades.
Our home is near circle 7 and is directly across from the Benham

Mid June - September 1......$226.00 per night or $190/nt w/6 nt min
Thanksgiving................$226.00 per night (4 Night Minimum)
Christmas - New Years......$242.00 per night (4 Night Minimum)
Tax 8% Collected (DCCA #976)
One-Time Cleaning Fee of $85.00.
Refundable Security Deposit of $250.00 if no damage/loss OR a $45
(non-refundable)Damage Waiver can be chosen rather than the security
deposit. Rates subject to change until confirmed.
2.9% fee for payments through PayPal
25% due upon reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
No Smoking, No Pets, Minimum Nights Stay Required during peak season
and holidays.
