Vacation Rental Description

Fantastic 2 level home with drop dead gorgeous frontage on the Neuse  
River!! Watch sail boats from the upper deck, and/or fish from the  
pier for crabs and local fish. Brackish water so you'll occasionally  
see dolphins!  This home was constructed in 2006 and is beautifully  
furnished and sleeps 8. Features include: Open floor plan with  
vaulted cathedral ceiling, ceiling fans in all rooms, a fully  
equipped kitchen with new appliances, including microwave. Upper  
level family room has gas fireplace, and walk out to upper level  
deck for exquisite views.  Delightful master bedroom and private  
baths with custom ceramic tile and seaglass plus an additional two  
full size private bedrooms.  Community pool, washer and dryer, gas  
grill, Adirondack chairs on riverfront, fishing pier, oh, and also  
peace and quiet!

miles), and is quaint and charming! Go to "The Bean" for your  
morning coffee and homemade pastries and chat with the locals.  
Attend the Annual Sailing Regatta on the marina!  Shop at the  
boutiques and have lunch al fresco at the Oriental Harbor or Tuscan  
Grille.   
 
Bike through the town along the riverfront to the shipyard. This is  
a lovely town with touches of the past.

Vacation Rental Rates

Our rates are $250/night, $1400/week, and $2500/month.  Includes all  
utilities, trash removal, wireless computer access, full size washer  
and dryer in separate laundry room, outdoor pool, gas grill, TV, DVD  
and VCR, lawn chairs, porch chairs, and fishing pier.
