This cabin located southwest of downtown Eagle River on the Sugar Camp Chain of Lakes offers four season lodging.  This home underwent extensive renovation inside and outside over the  Winter of 2009 and has a brand new kitchen with high end appliances including a dishwasher, two new bathrooms, and a new screened porch.   Every room now has a ceiling fan in addition to the home having central air conditioning.  There is all new custom log furniture throughout this home.  Lodging package in this home includes a FREE boat and motor (a $200 value). This beautiful private and secluded home is located in a private setting being the last home at the end of a dead-end road on the Southwest shore of Chain Lake. The Sugar Camp Chain of 5 lakes also includes Dam Lake, Sand Lake, Stone Lake and Echo Lake. There is a total of 2300 acres of water to explore and play in. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and also has a newly completed family room that can be used as the 3rd bedroom suite.  The family room/bedroom suite in the walk-out lower level of the house has a gas fireplace, new bathroom, bar, and flat screen TV.  This room is light and bright having a picture window facing the lake and sliding doors out to a patio.  This home will comfortably sleep up to 6 people, and is perfect for the vacationer looking for total privacy and who prefer being away from a crowded resort setting. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds in addition to the queen size sofa sleeper in the new family room/bedroom suite. The home has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with a large picture window in the dining room and sliding doors in the living room that open to the screened in porch which affords a million dollar view across the entire length of the lake.  There is also a side covered deck and a lakeside deck. There is a private pier with a 14' fishing boat and motor included.  Winter lodging is also available in this home and is ideal for snowmobilers who prefer privacy and returning to a quiet setting after a long day on the trails or for the quiet sportsmen who prefer cross country skiing, snowshoeing, or ice fishing. This home is also ideal for the couple looking to have a quiet romantic Winter vacation away from the crowds.
