wagon, W&D, BBQ (gas and park), Virginia Pilot Newspaper
delivery. Free high-speed internet, bring your laptop! Walk to
great shopping and the new beautiful Duck park and kayak launch!

Outside hot tub, indoor jacuzzi. Sheets provided (no towels).  I just added 16 new bath towels with the provision that if renters use them, they must wash them before they leave.

 June-September has a lot of activities available in Duck. The activities include free exercise classes on the town green & open air concerts. (Bring a mat for yoga.)

Special active duty discount total of 10% is available off base rates.

The prices include accidental damage insurance and all management company fees. There is an extra charge of $113.00 ($100+tax) for dogs for the week. Rates
are subject to a Dare county tax of 7% and an occupancy tax of 6%.
The accidental damage program provides protection for up to $3,000 for accidental losses (as long as the damage is promptly reported.)
Credit cards are accepted at no additional fee.  Military discount of 10% (no discount on Mini-vacations).
“Mini” vacations (less than one week) in off-season only (1/7 to 5/11 -not including spring break- and 10/6 to 11/16).  Minimum of three nights at $300 per night plus tax 1/7 to 3/30 and $315 4/14 to 5/11.  Includes sheets.
