Beautiful ocean view, cableTVs in every bedroom. The great room has a
new 52" big
screen TV with a Bluray DVD player. The house is 400 yards
from the beach. Fireplace, game room w/pool table, 2
refrigerators, 2 DWs, highchair, baby gate, pack and play, beach
wagon, W&D, BBQ (gas and park), Virginia Pilot Newspaper
delivery. Free high-speed internet, bring your laptop! Walk to
great shopping and the new beautiful Duck park and kayak launch!

Outside hot tub, indoor jacuzzi. Sheets provided (no towels). I just added 16 new bath towels with the provision that if renters use them, they must wash them before they leave.

The below prices include accidental damage insurance and all management company fees. There is an
extra charge of $106.16 ($95+tax) for dogs for the week. Rates
are subject to a Dare county tax of 7% and an occupancy tax of
5%.
The accidental damage program provides protection for up to
$3,000 for accidental loses (as long as the damage is promptly
reported.)
