Beech Tree Cottage is a charming, fully-equipped two-story guest
cottage, just steps from the beautiful and historic waterfront village
of Sag Harbor. The owners are year-round residents and live in the
home on the other side of the lovely shared garden. The cottage has
its own entrance and parking area, and the deck is screened with
trellis for guest privacy.
The open plan downstairs is air-conditioned and decorated with English
pine and white slip-covered furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked
with dishes & cookware plus microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender
etc. The dining area seats 6, and the lounge area has wireless
internet access, television, VCR/DVD, CD player, and many books and
board games. The bathroom is downstairs (with shower only - no
tub). There is a small, private outdoor deck with deck chairs, plus
bistro table and chairs
and barbeque grill for al fresco dining. Upstairs are two bedrooms,
one with a queen-size bed, the other with two singles. Both
bedrooms are heated/air conditioned. Sag Harbor's Main Street is easy
walking
distance (5 mins).
Sag Harbor is a charming historic whaling village situated in the
heart of the Hamptons, in Eastern Long Island, just two hours by bus
or car from New York City. The Hamptons have long been the favorite
holiday escape of New Yorkers, offering spectacular scenery,
beaches, farmstands, shopping, cultural activities, nature preserves,
horseback riding, golfing, boating, etc. Sag Harbor boasts a
first-class regional theater, many fine restaurants, shops and
museums, and offers glorious sunsets and views of the water.

Fully equipped with heating and air-conditioning, dishes, cookware,
linens and towels.
Outdoor deck, wireless internet access, television, VCR/DVD, CD
player, many books and board games. Please note the cottage has a
spiral staircase which may not be suitable for very small children or
the elderly.

theater, many fine restaurants, shops and museums, and glorious views
of the bay

$300-450 per night, depending on the season.
Memorial day - Labor Day (May 25 - Sep. 3) $450/night;
Sep. 3 - 30 $375/night; May 1 - 25 $375/night;
Sep. 30 - April 30 $325/night
2 nights minimum. 3 nights minimum on holiday weekends. 20% discount
for stays of one full week or longer (discount not applicable July and
August). 50% deposit required, 14 day
cancellation notice.
MAXIMUM 4 people. No shares, groups or pets, please.
