Beech Tree Cottage is a charming, fully-equipped two-story guest cottage, just steps from the beautiful and historic waterfront village of Sag Harbor. The owners are year-round residents and live in the home on the other side of the lovely shared garden. The cottage has its own entrance and parking area, and the deck is screened with trellis for guest privacy. The cottage is heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. Sag Harbor's Main Street is within easy and picturesque walking distance (5 mins), along the bay and marinas.
PLEASE NOTE: Until May 1, ONLY WEEKLY OR MONTHLY bookings will be accepted for summer dates. Thereafter, weekend reservations will be accepted subject to availability.

The open plan downstairs is decorated with English pine and white slip-covered furniture. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and oven, and is fully stocked with dishes & cookware plus microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. The dining area seats 6, and the lounge area has wireless internet access, television, VCR/DVD, CD player, and many books and board games. The bathroom is downstairs (shower only - no tub). There is a small, private outdoor deck with deck chairs, plus bistro table and chairs and barbeque grill for al fresco dining. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two singles.
Please note the cottage has a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for very small children or the elderly.

first-class regional theater, many fine restaurants, shops and museums, and offers glorious sunsets and views of the water.
