This 2,000 sq. ft. beautiful home is located on the 6th fairway of the Castillo Course of the El Cid  
Golf & Country Club.  Large covered patio faces the golf course and has two seating areas and t.v.,  
lounge chairs and BBQ.  Patio and yard are well lit at night.  All floors are marble.  Huge master  
bedroom with king bed, remote a/c and ceiling fan.  2nd. bedroom has two twin beds a/c and ceiling  
fan.  Den area has double sofabed.  Large kitchen with new appliances.  Laundry area has washer and  
storage space.

Our house is a 20 minute walk to the beach and gold zone and just a few blocks from one of  
Mazatlan's largest supermarkets (Gigante).  Besides golfing and tennis you can take in the numerous  
beach activities such as para-sailing, boating, volleyball.  Hundreds of great restaurants in the  
Gold Zone within easy walking distance. Take a bus or pulmonia downtown to the market or malecon

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary from $120 to $135 per night depending on season and length of rental.  Call for quotes on  
monthly rentals.  $500.00 non refundable deposit required.  No smoking.
