Vacation Rental Description

Watch the yachts, antique boat parade or crew races in this luxury 
3600 square foot home.  An open, spacious floor plan offers 
southerly floor to ceiling windows.  Eight double doors open to a 
900 square foot deck facing east - directly on the Mystic River to 
entertain your guests in style.

This circa 1930 Mystic Trolly Station was designed in 2002 based 
upon a yacht interior.  The master bed chamber has a waterfall 
whirlpool spa and private dressing area.  At the other end of the 
flat are two bedrooms with a common area for their own privacy.  The 
extras include a gourmet Viking kitchen with bistro table, a lovely 
enterance foyer, separate pantry and laundry room. 

Located next to the Mystic Downtown Marina on a scenic side street 
for secure privacy yet in the heart of downtown Mystic.  Walk at 
your leisure to fine dining and entertainment as well as easy access 
to Interstate 95.

Restaurants within walking distance:  Captain Daniel Packer Inn, 
Anthony J's, S& P Oyster House, Flood Tide, AZU, Bravo Bravo, 
Riverwalk, Harp & Hound Irish Pub, Steak Loft, Go Fish, Ten Clams, 
Jamms, and the Seaman's in at the Mystic Seaport Museum.

Aquarium.  All are within a 10 - 20 minute drive from the flat.
