Excellent views and Communities. Clean and Completely Furnished 2-3 
bedroom condo's on Lake Norman which are beautifully decorated w/ 
King-Master,w/ patio and grill and overlooking Lake Norman. Breath 
taking views.  Pools are just around the corner. Day boat dock for 
your convenience.  Tennis, Gym, Walking and Exercise Area around the 
property. Guest Bedroom queen. All linens provided.  Wireless High-
Speed Internet Connection, unlimited long distance(remote voicemail, 3
way 
calling). 
Stereo, Large Livingroom w/36" Television area that opens to the 
dining room and kitchen.  Full Office to mix a little bit of work w/ 
pleasure. 

Completely Furnished Kitchen.
 
No Pets, No Smoking Policies in our homes.  No Exceptions.

These are very quiet communities, house parties are expressly 
prohibited.

King Master w/ private bath, Queen in Guest, Queen bed, Bunk or 
office in third bedroom.  Full Balcony w/ Grill, table and chair.  
All amenities in our properties.  Lake Front and/or Lake Front 
Properties DVD, VCR, Wireless High Speed Internet, Unlimited long 
distance in USA w/remote voicemail and 3-way calling, Direct TV, 
TV in Master and most guest bedrooms. Water and Garbage included.  

Pool, Quite Community, Full Washer/Dryer, Microwave and all kitchen 
amenities, Stereo. Nice Linens.  Two full baths.  Beautifully decorated 
and very comfortable w/ the amenities of a home.

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly Rentals:  1-12 month flexible lease options, Call for specific
quote.  
Weekly Rentals:  5-7 day rentals, no daily rentals.  Beginning at
$1250- $1550, Cleaning Fee: $125, Deposit: $500 Deposit will be
returned within 30 days of 
of departure providing no damage and in the same condition as upon
arrival.

All inclusive rate.  
Please call for duration and number of people for the lease rate.
Longer the lease, the lower your monthly lease rate will be.

Deposit is due 7 days after reservation.  Lease payments are due
within 4 weeks 
prior to arrival.  We accept personal checks, money order, travelers
checks, certified check.  Credit Card
accepted with a minimal pass through charge.  No personal checks
accepted at check-in.
