Vacation Rental Description

Lovely two bedroom, two bath condo sets high above the  
Comal River in New Braunfels Texas. Just under 1000sf unit has a river 
view, 
fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer. All the comforts of home with 
a beautiful view of the Comal River the shortest river in the US.

5 minute walk to the Schlitterbahn waterpark and last public river 
exit, historic New Braunfels it's German bakeries, coffee shops, and 
fine dining in the center of town.  
 
Two blocks from the city convention center. Texas theme. The beautiful 
landscape of the Texas Hill Country and the view from the master 
bedroom and living room of the smallest river in the United States 
gives ease to the weary traveler.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Comal River frontage, a sparkling swimming pool, two spa's, and 
Bar-B-Que area at the rivers edge. Sit under the shade of the  
ancient Pecan Trees on the wooden and stone deck as the river  
flows gently past. 
 
The condo has a King with private bath, Queen bedroom and Queen  
sleeper couch in the living room. All linens and dishes are provided. 
 
Cable Television, DVD/Video, 3 televisions. Clock radios in each bedroom.  
 
Sister properties on the Guadalupe River are the Casita Guadalupe 
sleeps 10, Cabana Guadalupe sleeps 10, Casa Grande Guadalupe sleeps 16

Activities and Attractions

For the fisherman you are welcome to take a few steps to the Comal  
River bank and drop your hook. For the float and tubing crowd you  
can't beat your midway location from the public entrance to the  
river. And for the Schlitterbahn crowd you're just a 5 minute walk from  
the newest rides in the park. The Wurstfest celebration is just  
minutes away and no need to fret over the parking. For the water  
skiing crowd the NB area offer Canyon Lake, Lake McQueeney, and Lake  
Dunlap. 
 
For those who like to antique shop your in the midst of the finest  
shops available. Just 10 minutes from the San Marcos discount malls,  
historic Gruene, and 20 minutes for San Antonio and 30 minutes from  
the state Capitol in Austin.  
 
Golf is plentiful and New Braunfels and the surrounding area offers  
some of the best in Texas.

May 1st - Sept. 30th Nightly rates $250/night 2 night minimum  
Weekday check in 3 day minimum $235/night 
 
Cleaning fee $85 applies to all rentals. 
 
Weekly rate $1650 plus sales tax. Friday check in only. 
 
Sept. 30th - May 1st $195/night 2 night minimum 
 
3 night minimum on holidays  
 
Winter Texan Rates (60 years or older)December-March $1300/month  
$875.00/weekly. Ret 3 months $1100/month.  
 
 
 
This is a family atmosphere any one under the age of 25 must be  
accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
