Comal River Condo's @ Inverness sit high above the Comal River in New Braunfels Texas.

the Comal River the shortest river in the US.

5 minute walk to the Schlitterbahn waterpark and last public river
exit, historic New Braunfels it's German bakeries, coffee shops, and
fine dining in the center of town.
Two blocks from the city convention center. Texas theme. The beautiful
landscape of the Texas Hill Country and the view from the master
bedroom and living room of the smallest river in the United States
gives ease to the weary traveler.

Comal River frontage, a sparkling swimming pool, two spa's, and
Bar-B-Que area at the rivers edge. Sit under the shade of the
ancient Pecan Trees on the wooden and stone deck as the river
flows gently past.
Unit #1 King master with private bath, 2nd BDRM with Queen and Queen
sleeper in the living room. All linens and dishes are provided.
Cable Television, DVD/Video, 3 televisions. TV and Clock radios in
each bedroom.
Unit #2: Beautiful view of the river and Schlitterbahn, each bedroom
has a view of the river. BDRM #1 has Queen bed, 2nd BDRM has 2 twins
both with bathroom across the hall.

Water Rules Summer 2012

Yes you CAN DRINK on the Guadalupe and Comal Rivers (according to state law). And you CAN DRINK whatever you'd like - including, but not limited to, beer, wine, any other alcoholic beverage, juice, water, sports drinks, and even that stuff you found dripping from the ceiling above your kitchen if you want. 

All we require is, that you drink alcohol responsibly and that you drink all beverages from a NON-DISPOSABLE container if you're INSIDE THE CITY LIMITS**. There are tons of options for non-disposable containers. The same requirement applies for the food you bring on the river inside the City Limits. 

There are no new rules on the Guadalupe River above the Gruene Bridge.

** For reference, the City Limits begin at the Gruene Bridge on the Guadalupe and includes the entire Comal River.

Extended Weekend Special check in Sunday/Monday 3 day minimum $225/night 4th night free.

Cleaning fee $85 applies to all rentals.
Weekly rate $1650 plus sales tax. Friday or Sunday check in only for weekly rate.

Reservations/Damage Deposit $300 refundable up to
45 days prior to check in less $125 ADM fees. Balance due in full 14 days prior
to check in no refunds.

October - April $200/night 2 night minimum
3 night minimum on holidays
Winter Texan Rates (60 years or older)December-March $1300/month
$875.00/weekly. Rent 3 months $1100/month.
This is a family atmosphere any one under the age of 25 must be
accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
