a three minute walk away. Two tandem Kayaks included for your
enjoyment along with life jackets and paddles. Perfect area for
kayaking and exploring. Private boat ramp in your own back yard.
Perfect to launch your kayaks without leaving your property.
You will walk into this large 4,000 sq.ft.
home with character. Game room with pool table and foosball and
cypress walls that will put you back in time with the old Florida
key
west feeling. This large room is on the entry level. Also, has bunk
beds, bathroom with shower, small refrigerator, screen porch to the
very large heated pool. Please ask for the remote control full size
aero bed if you need it. This room can also serve as a 5th bedroom.
Screen porch has seating for 10 people. Play water volleyball in
the pool or just relax in the floating loungers. As you
walk up the wide stairway you will feel like you are in paradise as
you look out the large glass doors to the most beautiful water views
and sunsets you have ever seen. Watch the sailboats and yachts go by
and the dolphins playing. Just ten minutes
north of here is the inlet to the ocean or the Historic District of
St. Augustine. After taking in the views maybe you are muscically
inclined to play the piano. This Baby Grand Piano is for you to
enjoy. The master bedroom has a massive bed with craftmatic mattress
with remote controls for each side. Large TV/DVD with plenty of
movies. The family room has a very comfy sofa you will fall asleep
in, big screen TV, and a high top bar table for two. Second bedroom
has a queen sleigh bed and a twin bed. Third bedroom also has a
queen size and a twin bed and a desk for your laptop with wireless
DSL connection. Fourth bedroom has another king size bed and a
private bathroom.
All bedrooms and game room have a TV/DVD. Kitchen has quality
granite countertops and glass doors for the beautiful views of the
waterway, pool, and hot
tub. Large upper deck with stairway to pool area. This home has a
fishing dock which many guests have caught founder, redfish,
catfish, and more. Four car
garage with doors in the front and back to utilize the boat ramp.
This boat ramp is great for my 15 Ft. Boston Whaler but a taller or
larger boat will have to use another boat ramp which is within 1/2
mile away.
For larger families, please ask for the table and chairs available
for seating 12 people.
