Vacation Rental Description

Newer Two Floor Townhouse in Wildwood with two private decks! 
Townhouse is only 1 block to the beach and boardwalk.  Walk onto  
the boardwalk and right onto the amusement pier.  The water parks  
are  
also within walking distance.  Just park your cars in our garage and  
forget about them.  You are in walking distance to the Convention  
Center, parks/playgrounds, shopping, bars and Restaurants. You will  
have it all at your fingertips, closeness, comfort and convience. 
All mattresses are high quality and very comfortable.  Almost all  
the  
furniture is brand new! Pack your bags and relax in our new home. 
Materbedroom has a brand new king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen  
size bed and third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Brand new  
Livingroom couch offers a full size sofa bed.  Plenty of sleeping  
space for the family or two families. Will provide king and queen  
sheets if needed for a small fee.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This Newer 2005 Townhouse has it all!  The three bedrooms are on  
the 2nd floor and away from your living space.  The first floor has  
a  
large living room with a 32" tv with digital cable and HBO, dining  
room and kitchen. There is also a  
covered/private deck off the dining area.  This fully stocked  
kitchen  
has plenty of cabinets and counter space along with microwave,  
coffee  
maker, toaster, full size refrigerator, garbage disp., and all the  
other comforts of home. There is also a 1/2 bath on this floor.  The  
2nd floor has three bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room and a  
deck  
off of two of the bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a large closet,  
full bath and a 20" TV with DVD.  There is also a door to walk out  
onto the private deck. 2nd bedroom has sliders onto the same deck,  
cable tv and vcr. 

Activities and Attractions

Just pack your bags and forget the rest.  This townhouse will offer  
you all the comforts of home but with the enjoyment of the Jersey  
Shore. 
Plenty of windows to enjoy the brightness of the shore and the   
summer breeze.  Also central air for those hot Wildwood Days.   
Townhouse offers a garage on the first level for two vehicles.  Out  
back in the fenced in yard there is an outside shower to rinse the  
sand off from a day at the beach.  The townhouse has two floors with  
no neighbors above or below you!!! Your own very private get away.  
Bedrooms all have plenty of closet space. We also provide books,  
movies, and games.  Along with local telephone service comes an  
answering machine to not miss those important phone calls. 
 
If traveling with a larger group can also rent another townhouse in  
the same building. 
 
Seasonal Renter still available - Memorial Day - Labor Day - $16,000  
plus electric and security deposit

Vacation Rental Rates

Freshly painted throughout townhouse!  New pillows, mattress pads - house scrubbed from top to  
bottom  
including rugs.  New gas grill and chairs for backyard enjoyment.  
 
Also have high chair and pack N play - less for you to pack. 
 
Can also leave some beach chairs &  sand toys. 
 
 
June - $1600.00/wk with $500.00 security deposit. 
 
July & August $1800.00/wk with $500.00 security deposit. 
 
Sept weekly rates:  $1200.00/wk  plus  
sec 
 
Oct weekly rates:  $1000.00/wk plus sec 
 
Nov & Dec $800.00/wk plus sec 
 
Fireman's Weekend/Bikers's weekend:  $1200.00 with $500.00 security  
(THURS-MON) 
deposit. Early check in and late check out. 
 
Irish Weekend $1200.00 with $500.00 security deposit.(THURS-MON)  
Early check in and late check out. 
 
Any other off season weeks or weekends, inquire for rates. 
 
ALL RATES INCLUDE RENTERS TO LEAVE HOUSE AS CLEAN AS IT WAS  
RECEIVED.  
OTHERWISE A CLEANING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY FEE. ($100.00) 
 
WILL RENT TO FAMILIES ONLY, OR MATURE ADULTS.  NO GROUPS, NO SENIOR  
WEEKS! NO SMOKING-NO PETS!  
Will only rent to adults over the age of 25.
