This modern two-bedroom, two-bath condo is located 3/4 mile from Wells Beach in Misty Harbor Resort on Mile Road in Wells, Maine.   The resort is in a beautiful area adjacent to the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, a 4,000-acre migratory bird wetlands habitat.  From Mile Road, there is easy access to the beach, restaurants, movie theaters, and grocery shopping. Misty Harbor is also on the trolley route and Wells is now accessible by train from Boston.

Misty Harbor Resort's indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna are open year round. The condo is up-to-date, completely furnished, air-conditioned and heated.  The kitchen is fully applianced with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microvave, toaster, and coffee maker.  There is cable TV, VCR, and a phone in the living room with another TV in the master bedroom. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with a sky light. Parking is plentiful. For additional
comfort, no smoking or pets are allowed.

A wonderful vacation destination in Southern Maine, coastal Wells is located between Ogunquit and Kennebunk and just 90 minutes from Boston.  The area is great for hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, picnicking, and seasonal ocean or indoor pool swimming, sightseeing, and just plain relaxing.  For the shopping enthusiast, the outlets and specialty shops in Kittery and Freeport are nearby.
