The resort is in a beautiful area adjacent to the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, a 4,000-acre migratory bird wetlands habitat. From Mile Road, there is easy access to the beach, restaurants, movie theaters, and grocery shopping. Misty Harbor is also on the trolley route and Wells is now accessible by train from Boston.

Misty Harbor Resort's indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna are open year round. The condo is up-to-date, completely furnished, air-conditioned and heated. The kitchen is fully applianced with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microvave, toaster, and coffee maker. There is cable TV, VCR, and a phone in the living room with another TV in the master bedroom. The living room has a cathedral ceiling with a sky light. Parking is plentiful. For additional
