"Harbor View Heights I"  
 
July & August $1450/week (1 Week Minimum)  
Weekdays: $225/Night - Weekends: $250/Night    
June & September $1100/week  
Weekdays: $150/Night, Weekends: $225Night   
Off Season (October - May): 1000/week or $2350 a month. 
Weekdays: $150/night, Weekends: $225/night  
Holidays & Graduation: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor  
Day, and Easter:  
$1450/week (1 Week Minimum)   
  
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:  
*  $100 Cleaning Fee 
* Check-in time:  After 3:00 p.m. & Check-out time: Before 11:00 a.m. 
 
Daily Rates apply between bookings. 2 Night Minimum Stay.   
Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable unless a reservation is  
cancelled a full 30 days before the arrival date. If cancelled a  
full 30 days before arrival, only a $50.00 cancellation fee will  
apply.

Weekdays: $240/Night - Weekends: $265/Night    
June & September $1200/week  
Weekdays: $240/Night -  Weekends: $265/Night
