Enjoy our newly furnished home.  A six year old Luxury condo  
with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.  This corner Penthouse has a beautiful  
balcony to watch the sunsets from directly on the beach with no 
obstructions.  Take the  
private/secure (only operates with key) Elevator down to your  
personal covered parking space or jump into the heated pool.  The  
Master bedroom features a queen size bed with 300 count linens.  
A 27" TV, a full bath and a walk-in closet.  
  The second bedroom has 2 twin size beds with 300 count linens.  A  
19" TV for the kids and plenty of closet space. 
   Each bedroom has a clock radio and a telephone for your  
convenience.  The large second bathroom has a full tub and shower. 
Both bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans as does the  
living room that has two. 
     The living room has sliding doors that open to the balcony.  It  
has a Fireplace for those cool romantic nights.  A 27" TV with cable  
and all the premium movie channels.  A  VCR, DVD players and an  
AM/FM stereo for your listening pleasure.  High-Speed Wireless  
Network is included. 
     The full size kitchen is very spacious and bright.  The floor  
plan opens to the dining area and the living room which is great for  
entertaining.  The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/ice  
maker(dispenser in door),microwave,garbage disposal,dishwasher and  
upgraded appliances.  
  Of course ALL utensils,plates and cookware are included.
