- $295/night 
- Plus $55 cleaning fee for a weekend, $85 for 3 nights or more 
- Week-only rental in July and August 
- Three-night minimum in June and for holidays 
 
 
Off-season, full-week rate 
 
- $1750/week ($250/night) 
- November through May, excluding holidays 
- Plus $85 cleaning 
 
 
- 6 people maximum INCLUDING children 
- $300 refundable damage deposit 
- Checks only 
- No pets, no smoking
