Note - Complex Rules: Must be over 25 to rent and must be staying in condo. This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit will comfortably sleep 8
with the foldout bed and is Canal Front. At this condo, you can
relax at one of the five pools or walk to the 1100 feet' of private
beach. After a long day's work on SPC's 9 hole golf course, you can relax in the jacuzzi
after eating dinner at the in-complex Louisiana Landgiappe. There
is also a boat ramp to get your craft into the bay and to the ocean!
The property features 24 hour guard service, 5 swimming pool and 3
outdoor hot tubs, 9 hole - par 3 golf course, 6 tennis courts, full
beach service and boat docks.

Our condo overlooks the Bay Canal with easy access to the boat dock.   The condo is around a 100 yard walk through the complex to the private beach.  There is a dead end road that bisects Sandpiper Cove that you cross to get to the beach --- there is a cross walk for safety.
The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The family
room is equipped with a 20" television with DVD (there are some
DVD's for your viewing) and AM/FM/CD players. The bedroom has a
TV/FM - great for the kids to watch movies

The kitchen is well equipped to make your own meals. For those
nightcaps, you can go onto the deck and relax and take in the view.
