Tropic Ten is designed to accommodate two families or three couples.

The ground level includes a fully enclosed garage, outdoor
shower, gas grill, full-size refrigerator, a fleet of bicycles, tennis rackets,
pool toys, coolers, beach chairs, and beach towels.

The main level includes bedroom #3, which can be an ideal kids
headquarters with two sets of twin bunk beds (4 total), 24” flat screen TV, DVD
player and X-Box game system.  Ocean breezes flow throw the entire level and the beautiful modern kitchen transitions into the open dining area, living area and screened lanai – all with spectacular water views and sunsets. 

 The main level features decorator décor, 50 inch flat screen TV, HD cable, DVD player, CD player and component stereo, comfortable desk, free US phone calls, free WIFI, books, movies, and board games.

The kitchen includes modern appliances, granite countertops, mini bar with freestanding high capacity ice maker, freestanding 48 bottle wine refrigerator, and is stocked with virtually every type of pot, pan, cup, glass, and small appliance made.

            The upstairs offers comfortable sleeping accommodations which include a huge master
suite (bedroom #1) over looking the white sand beach with a large private
master bathroom, large closets, king bed and a 30 inch flat screen
TV.  In addition, there is an alcove off the master bedroom with a
cocktail table, reading chair and day bed/trundle.  Also upstairs is bedroom #2 with a private
bathroom. This room may also be fitted as a second master suite with king bed  or,
optionally, the second bedroom can be fitted with two twin beds – simply
specify at the time of reservation. 
Conveniently located off the hallway are the full size washer and drier.

you're within a five minute walk to a full-service marina with boat
and kayak rental, charter fishing, dolphin-watching cruises, grocery
store and restaurant. In about fifteen minutes you can ride your
bike to downtown Boca Grande with upscale shops, fine and casual
dining, post office, banks, churches and a medical center. Within a
ten mile radius there are a dozen golf courses that can challenge
any
golfer.
