Luxurious Town Home in Carlsbad Village near beach/Starbucks in Carlsbad

This newly constructed town home in the heart of the Carlsbad Village
is the perfect retreat for a couple or group up to five people. This
home is immaculately clean and fresh.

Being in downtown Carlsbad, you're able to walk to a wide selection of
restaurants. You can stroll along the beach and even catch the Coaster
train to old town or downtown San Diego. If live music is your thing,
walk across the street to enjoy the Coyote Restaurant's live
entertainers while you sip margaritas around the fire pits.

This new development caters to the affluent clientele who can afford
the finer things in life and who choose to live in a year round
resort. This weekly luxury rental gives you an alternative to being in
a "time share" environment with hoards of vacationers, predatory sales
people and limited dining options.

This spacious (1,585 sq ft.) two story town home has enough space for
you to stretch out without being on top of each other. It's many times
larger than the largest hotel suite.

The master bedroom has a lovely queen bed. We purchased the best
pillow-top mattress available. The master features a large television,
walk-in closet, and an incredible bath. The all-marble master bath has
a double sink with separate shower and tub.

We provide the linens, towels and sheets and have gone all out for high
thread counts and Egyptian cotton.

Down the hall, you'll find the second bedroom outfitted with two twin
beds. We also selected luxurious pillow-top mattresses for these beds.

The 3rd bedroom is equipped as an office with a new desk and phone.
You can do some work, read or simply enjoy a few quiet moments. If you
need the bed, we have a high end full sized roll-away bed that can
easily be set up in this space.

The kitchen is magnificent! The appliances are all stainless steel and
brand new. The countertops are granite. You might prefer to enjoy the
great restaurants in the neighborhood, but it's nice to be able to
have the option.

Off the kitchen is a little reading nook. It's a comfortable place to
sit, relax and chill out.

The dining room is equipped with a gorgeous wrought iron dining set
with serpentine glass top. There are four chairs, and two more could
sit at the counter on the kitchen island.

The living room is furnished with an entertainment center so you can
watch TV from either the sofa or the love seat.

The home has a private patio, and we have outdoor furniture that will
be set up for your enjoyment. We keep the furniture in the garage when
it's not in use so that it's fresh and clean for our guests.

You're located a little more than a block from the beach, and are
right in the heart of the historic Carlsbad Village. There is a health
spa next door, and you're just down the street from the world famous
Army-Navy Academy.

Legoland California is less than 10 minutes away. You may choose to
drive, or you could hop the bus that will take you practically
door-to-door. SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal
Park are all less than 30 minutes away. The Coaster also takes riders
to the Del Mar Race Track / fair grounds.

Carlsbad is home to The Flower Fields which blanket the hills in color
each spring. It's also home to the Museum of Making Music which is
inside the NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) headquarters.
