An 18' above ground pool,was recently added, along with a 5 person
Hot Tub.
It has it all!!Fishing from the backyard! Just 4 miles from the
famous Holiday Isles "Tiki-Bar" in the Keys and Whale Harbor Seafood

Two refrigerators (inside and outside in the bar). King size bed in
master bedroom. TV in the Tiki Hut/ bar outside. Watch TV while
grilling or relax and watch TV outside in the Tiki bar.
Second room have (2)two doubles w/full bathroom inside the room. TV
in each bedroom & one flat screen in the living room. Full kitchen
with all electric appliances, microwave, coffe maker,
toaster,sandwich maker and dishwasher. One of the bathroom is
conveniently located in the backyard, beside the hot tub, for extra
convenience of using while you're outside in the pool, hot tub of
just relaxing in the Tiki-bar.

Do Not Rent this House...

Property was not as described. The shower in the master bathroom did not work. There was no key for the neighborhood ramp as advertised. Owner left giant boat in the back yard so we had 0 room to tie up our boat out back which was the entire reason we rented the house in the first place.

Owner charges a cleaning fee but then tried to keep the whole thing over some dirty dishes and dirty tile floors as well as using all the towels. Again don't rent unless you want to get charged extra or clean the whole place yourself.

Owners response: In all my 12+ years of renting my home, this is the FIRST AND ONLY negative review submitted by a guest. This misleading and inaccurate review was left solely for the purpose of retaliating against me. The property was left by this guest in a manner that was beyond the normal "wear and tear"... with tar on the tile floors, honey and wine stains on the linens, and the kitchen a complete mess. My cleaning crew charged me an extra $60 for the additional cleaning that was necessary. In turn, I withheld $60 out of the $200 security deposit, as provided in the rental agreement. The remaining $140 was returned to this guest.
The shower was in working condition; the guest simply did not know how to work the faucet. With respect to the boat, we advised the guest we would be more than happy to move our boat in order to accommodate their boat, but the guest informed us that this would not be necessary.

Great place to relax!

My husband and I rented the house for the week of our 9th anniversary and we were very pleased. The house is very clean and comfortable - it felt like we were visting a friends house. The giant bed in the master bedroom was comfy and had LOTS of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices, trash bags, coffee filters, pastic wrap, dish towels, etc- all we had to bring was the food.

The fenced back yard with the great tiki hut, hot tub and pool is wonderful - we spent most of our time there instead of doing the touristy stuff we normally do when we visit the keys.

The location is also good - close to Tavernier Shopping Center with grocery store, movie theater, post office, ABC store, and ice cream shop.

The owner was great to deal with!

NOTE: The house is no longer pink, it's now a great blue-green color!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway
