Vacation Rental Description

Totally remodeled canalfront house in the nicest of 
neighborhoods (Plantation Key Colony). Situated on the bayside in 
Mile Marker 90. White tiled floor!50 ft' boat dockage.  Backyard has 
everything: A new tiki hut/with bar, sitting area, refrigerator, gas 
grill & BBQ plus a new outside kitchen counter. 
An 18' above ground pool,was recently added, along with a 5 person 
Hot Tub.
It has it all!!Fishing from the backyard! Just 4 miles from the 
famous Holiday Isles "Tiki-Bar" in the Keys and Whale Harbor Seafood 
Restaurant  

Vacation Rental Amenities

 Two refrigerators (inside and outside in the bar).  King size bed in 
master bedroom. TV in the Tiki Hut/ bar outside. Watch TV while 
grilling or relax and watch TV outside in the Tiki bar.
Second room have (2)two doubles w/full bathroom inside the room. TV 
in each bedroom & one flat screen in the living room. Full kitchen 
with all electric appliances, microwave, coffe maker, 
toaster,sandwich maker and dishwasher. One of the bathroom is 
conveniently located in the backyard, beside the hot tub, for extra 
convenience of using while you're outside in the pool, hot tub of 
just relaxing in the Tiki-bar.

near to Harris, Harris Park/Marina and also to Islamorada Founders 
Park/Marina to facilitate the launch of your boat.Plenty room 
available to park your boat trailer in

Minutes away from Key Largo (John Pennekamp Park) (diving, 
snorkeling), Islamorada fishing grounds,famous Tiki-bar & sandbar 
beach.
Easy boat access to the Atlantic (Tavernier Creek & Snapper Creek)and 
a short cut to the Bayside for back country fishing.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2,550 per month. Also available per week. Minimum stay is one 
week. Check in from Saturday-Saturday
Rates will vary depending in total number of occupants. Our rates are 
given based on double occupancy,additional fee will apply for 
additional persons. Different rates will apply on Holidays, special 
events and Chirstmas.
Available all year around.
