road,exactly 1 mile to be exact,is the picturesque coastal village of
Duck, a shopper's paradise featuring many one of a kind
shops,boutiques,and exceptional restaurants, some of which are waterfront.

Level 1: game area, laundry (full size washer & dryer), half bath.
Level 2: 3 BR (1 w/Q, 1 w/Ts, 1 w/4 T's / 2 bunks sets), full bath. All BRs
have TV/DVD combos. Large covered deck w/ swing, hammock, table
& chairs to enjoy sound & pool views.
Level 3: MBR(w/Q), vaulted ceiling, LCD wall-mounted TV,
private sundeck overlooking sound and pool; full bath, kitchen w/
new stainless steel appliances, dining room w/ocean views on
horizon, vaulted great room with hardwood floors, fireplace,
widescreen HDTV w/Blu-Ray DVD player. Furnished sunroom features
Italian tile floor and a "wall of windows" showcase dramtic views of
the Currituck Sound. Huge sun deck with panoramic ocean, sound and
pool views. Home is air conditioned.
Additional amenties include: 7 bikes (3 adult & 4 child), pool toys, board games, large movie library, Nintendo, pack'n play, high chair, outdoor hot shower &
changing area, fish station, crab traps, and new barrel style charcoal/smoker grill.

The picturesque resort village of Duck has a split personality. On
one hand it's a sleepy hamlet ideal for families craving a quiet
beach vacation. Delightful cottages fill the village from sea to
sound; there are no hotels and only one B & B. Duck's lively side
also boasts activities galore. The sound side waterfront area
features parasailing, kayak and jet ski rentals, plus sailing and
windsurfing outfitters. The bike path running the length of the
village is traveled with early morning exercisers, tots on bikes, and
inline skaters and provides a scenic trail on the easy trek to and
from the village.

The entire area is a fisherman's paradise from convenient shoreline
fishing to full day ocean excursions out to the Gulf Stream for the
really big ones. Take in some serious crabbing from the sound pier
adjacent to your home, visit the famous Cape Hatteras Lighthouse or
the even closer Currituck Lighthouse. Take a short drive down the
road to see the site of the Wright brother's first flight, or
experience Manteo Island's unforgettable live performance of the Lost
Colony outdoor drama under the stars. For golfers, there are four
public courses nearby.

If adventure's your game, you can set off in search of the wild
Spanish mustangs of Corolla often seen frolicking on the secluded
northern beaches or ride the free ferry to Ocracoke Island to hunt
down Blackbeard's ferocious pirates. Here on the Outer Banks,
there's something to do for everyone. Or if you prefer, do nothing

10% discount off 2nd week if renting consecutive weeks.

Check In: 1 p.m. Check Out: 10 a.m.  Earlier check-in time!  2 extra hrs of vacation!!
Saturday to Saturday
Cancellation Policy: Must have minimum 30 day notice to cancel or
change reservation. Deposit: 50% of rental + $300 refundable
security deposit due at reservation.
Balance 30 days prior to reserved week.
Other Fees: $100 cleaning fee
Other Policies: Pool can be heated during Spring and Fall for
additional $375 per week.
