three bedrooms and bath as well as outside showers.Lush gardens with  
paths, topiaries, pergolas, fountains, outside living, gardens and  
landscaping. Gorgeous sunsets nightly.  
 
Shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities are endless. The  
island  
of Fort Myers Beach offers a great night life as well as a family  
atmosphere. Naples, Sanibel, Fort Myers, and Bonita Springs are all  
within a 15 to 20 minute drive. Airport is 25 minutes.

Cleaning Fee: $100 
Refundible Deposit: $500 
 Cancellation: Reservation prepayments will not be refunded unless the home is re-rented for the  
same rental payment and time period reserved, and the cancellation must be 90 days prior to arrival.  
If refunded, the owner will retain $150 for a service charge. Cancellations or early departures for  
any reason (excluding mandatory evacuation) do not warrant any refund of prepayments
