Beautiful lakefront private home and double-deck boat dock located
on expansive wooded lot on gorgeous Lake Keowee. The house is
3,000+/- square feet and comfortably sleeps 10.

5 Sleeping rooms, 3 Baths:

Main Floor: Living Room with HD TV and VCR/DVD, Formal Dining Area, Kitchen, Master BR (1 King), Master Bath with jacuzzi & walk-in closet, BR #2 (1 King + 1 single), bath, laundry/utility room and screened porch with additional dining table.

 
Downstairs: Recreation Room with large TV with DVD/VCR, Pool-table,
Ping-pong table, bath, BR #3 (1 Queen + 1 single), BR #4 (2 singles),
and Bunk R#5 (2 Single bunks).

 
The house is situated on a beautiful, natural waterfront lot with a
nice view of the lake. Relax on the double-deck dock, front or
upper & lower lake-side decks, or on the cozy screened porch.
Recreation room includes pool table, ping-pong table, poker/bumper-
pool table, stereo, TV/VCR/DVD.

We are on a Saturday - Saturday schedule for the summer season.  Three day weekends are welcomed in the off-season.

A picnic area and fishing area by the water highlight the yard and 

gently sloping path to the dock.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Two TVs with basic cable (after all, you're at the lake...), two DVD/VCRs, grill, microwave, central A/C, fully equipped kitchen and ceiling fans throughout. Recreation room
includes pool table, ping-pong table, card table and stereo.

 
Whole house wireless internet service. Separate laundry room with
washer & dryer, 6' X 48' front porch, 10' X 60' lake-side deck, &
10' X12' screened porch. Boat dock with upper level sun deck and
125' waterfront for fishing. Old Town canoe and paddles included.

(Bring your own bed linens and towels.)

Relax on the double-deck dock, front or upper & lower lake-side
decks, or on the cozy screened porch. A picnic area and fishing
area are near the waterfront.

Enjoy pool table, ping-pong, card games, and/or music in the
recreation room. Cook in the fully equipped kitchen or grill your
favorite meals on the provided grill. Explore the lake in the
provided Old Town canoe (bring your own life jackets).

Lake Keowee is known for beautiful clear blue deep water, beautiful
mountain views and shoreline. Private setting only 3 miles from
Seneca's nearby restaurants, movie theatres, bowling alley, and
shopping. Major stores include Super Wal-mart, Home Depot,
Lowe's, Bi-Lo, Winn-Dixie, Ingles, Belks, and most
of your favorite fast food stores. Enjoy sailing, fishing, boating,
water or jet skiing on the lake! Or, drive just 10 miles east to
visit Clemson and Clemson University's Tigers sporting events!

Reservations are based on deposits received; we do not "hold" space
without payment. Call or email as soon as you know your vacation
schedule, as the property books quickly with repeat guests.

Weekly rentals are based on Saturday (3:00 pm)- Saturday (10:00 am)
Additional charges:
* $500 refundable damage deposit, refunds usually back two weeks after check-out.
* $125 cleaning fee
* $25 reservations fee
* State (7%) and County (3%) taxes

Weeks (or weekends) including a holiday (Memorial Day, Mother's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day), add $200 to rate.
Deposit of 50% at time of reservation with balance due 30 days prior
to occupancy.

A three-night minimum is suggested.

Cancellation Policy:
When you provide a deposit and sign a lease, you commit to renting
that week and paying the full rental price. While you have the week
reserved, we might also be turning others away who want that same
week. However, we understand that things happen unexpectedly. If
you have to cancel and do so far enough in advance for us to re-rent
the week, there will be no charge and all deposits will be refunded
(60 days or more before). However, if you cancel less than 60 days
before the rental week, your deposit is forfeited if we are not able
to re-rent the week. If you cancel less than 30 days before the
rental week, you owe for the full rental week if we are not able to
re-rent the week.
